Case study idea

    I decided that my initial case study subject is an event. Aforementioned event intrigues me that's why I would like to perform the case study about it. I realise that it would not be easy peasy, but practice makes perfect, in addition, the case study subject is related partially to my progression route, main project idea, modules, courses, everyday life, the environment around us and my interests.

A subject is an event in which people designed the very first programming language, the purpose of creation programming languages, when, what was before?

I plan to perform the case study about:

• The genesis of machine code;
• How people were using machine code to give instructions to the computers;
• How people were using computers before programming languages were designed;
• Purpose of programming languages creation;
• Dates of creation particular programming languages;
• How to use programming languages and purpose.

During the case study process, I expect to find more intriguing features of the above-mentioned subject.

Analysis of Survey Resp0nses

In this post, I would like to analyze the information gathered from survey responders.

First of all, I want to focus on the purpose of the question and why I asked specific questions.

1. To predict the demography of alleged users I asked surveyors for the age. App interface could be impacted by age of the users due to the fact that younger people preferences are different than elder people.

2. I asked about gender to predict which gender is more likely to use the app. Male preferences are different than Women.

3. Status, it is helpful to estimate the audience and future processes judging by social status.

4. Due to the nature of the project - Quiz app. The educational level is helpful to predict appropriate questions.

5. As I was thinking about multiple language version the question about the place of birth would be helpful to predict is it any sense to translate entire app.

6. Users hobbies are useful during the process of choosing the questions subjects.

7. Question about the salary gives me an opportunity to predict the maximum price of the additional features

8. Question about how did you hear about the app helps for future advertising purposes. Clearly states which way is the most efficient way to advertise.

9. Are you willing to pay? That would be helpful for estimation of additional features price. Does it worth to fully maximize the performance of an app if users will not be eager to pay?

10. Asked for gathering information purposes - the quantity of questions preferred by users.

11. The most prefered type of exercises preferred by users

All of the above-mentioned data allows me to predict the most efficient way, and maximise the audience, during application creation process.
